Mick and Harry are both Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists with a combined clinical practice of forty two years, which includes: Primary Care; Occupational Medicine; Musculoskeletal Interface Services; Tertiary Care Rehabilitation and Secondary Care Outpatient Services, predominantly in support of GP and Trauma Orthopaedics but also Spinal Surgery and Pain Management referrals.  This experience spans NHS Practice, Military Practice, Private Practice and Team Sports Medicine.  Both Mick and Harry are currently based in an acute NHS teaching hospital where Mick is Clinical Specialist in Peripheral Joint Orthopaedics and Harry is Clinical Specialist in Spinal Surgery.

 

Mick has been formally teaching musculoskeletal examination and management skills as part of GP training programmes and CPD update training for the last 10 years and Harry has joined him in this over the last 4 years.  They are used to teaching to the nMRCGP Syllabus but also teaching musculoskeletal assessment and management to Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Nurse Specialists, FY1s, FY2s and A&E SHOs.
